Our client is a high quality 4 star hotel based in the centre of Galway. They require an experienced Head Chef to manage and control all the operations in this fine dining kitchen. Are you an experienced Sous Chef looking to progress your career as a Head Chef in a quality hotel, or an experienced Head Chef looking to progress in another establishment? Requirements for the position:
1. Passionate, driven and ambitious chef
2. Strong ability to plan, prioritise and organise a workload
3. Ability to challenge conventional thinking, must be very experienced in evolving existing concepts.
4. Have strong leadership qualities.
5.Must balance driving for results with the ability to coach and mentor the junior chefs and support them in their development.
6. Be resourceful, creative and proactive.
7. Must be truly passionate about healthy modern food.
