An exciting new opportunity for a HR Manager at one of the West of Ireland's leading hotels. As a stand alone HR manager you will be a self-motivated individual able to provide a solid HR structure for the hotel team. You will focus on recruitment, development and training. A good of knowledge of HR practice, and having previously worked within a luxury hotel environment is essential.
The responsibilities include;
Building effective relationships with all key stakeholders and establishing strong employee relations in conjunction with hotel guidelines.
Establishing and delivering the training needs of the hotel while maintaining a strong service culture.
Administration and maintenance of HR records and employee matters
Running social activities in line with the culture of the hotel
This is a key position within the hotel, you should have first class interpersonal skills supported by a strong knowledge of HR practice, immaculate grooming, the ability to work alone and be self-motivated.
