A quality 4* hotel in Cork require a Head Pastry chef to join the team in their fine dining restaurant.
They are looking for somebody that has an all round skill set that includes breads, pastries, desserts, chocolates and cakes, including the ability to produce wedding cakes. The Head Pastry Chef will be in charge of the day to day management, preparation and service, so to provide a high quality service to customers, and meet the customer service satisfaction standards set by the hotel. You will also be responsible for the organisation and preparation of the afternoon tea.

Very creative and have an ability to be unique.
Have a good understanding of all health and safety regulations.
Speak fluent English.
Have previous hotel restaurant and fine dining experience
