A la Carte Recruitment are pleased to assist our client, a leading County Wicklow Hotel, in finding a Head Pastry Chef for their award winning kitchen.

They require an experienced Pastry Chef who has 4/5* hotel experience.

We are looking for a hands-on, self-starter who can manage their own time, whilst training and developing junior members of the team.You will have extensive previous experience working in a hotel operation that is used to high volume, quality desserts, pastries and baking. You will be classically trained and will be able to demonstrate exceptional skill in modern pastry.
