This luxury award winning hotel has outstanding guest facilities including an award winning restaurant.
They are looking for an experienced Head Pastry Chef to join the kitchen team to prepare cakes and deserts for the fine dining restaurant, bar restaurant, functions and afternoon teas at this stunning hotel.
As head of the pastry section you will work with the Executive Head Chef to design and deliver consistent, tasty and high quality treats, catering for any special dietary requirements as required.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Head Pastry Chef in a top class hotel You will relish a challenge and be able to work as a key member of the highly qualified kitchen team.
