A la Carte Recruitment are delighted to assist our client to identify suitable candidates for a Head Pastry Chef position. The client is an outstanding hotel with an enviable reputation for providing food and service of the very highest standard.

They have an award winning fine dining restaurant and they require a talented and enthusiastic Head Pastry Chef to take responsibility for all desserts, cakes, breads, etc. You will have a proven background as a Head Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen of a 4/5* Hotel. You must have passion, flair and patience and an ability to encourage and train junior staff.

You must be a punctual, motivated chef that is well organised and can work well within a team. You will be a creative pastry chef who can design and implement new concepts.

You will first and foremost have a passion for pastry, be extremely hard will bring with you ideas to enhance their current offering. 2 AA Rosette minimum skills are essential, but the most important ingredient is a passion for pastry and the kitchen!!
