A la Carte Recruitment are delighted to assist our client a well-known, leading Galway Hotel, in identifying suitable candidates for a Head Waiter for their award winning Restaurant.
We are looking for a strong and passionate Head Waiter to provide the highest standard of service to the Hotel's discerning customers. This luxurious property sets out to provide exceptional standards of quality in both food and service. The Restaurant works with only fresh, prime products, representing the best of European cuisine and culture.
The Head Waiter must have experience working in an award-winning establishment and be confident leading a team. They must be organised and detail-orientated and have a passion for providing quality customer service. The Head Waiter must be a natural leader, dynamic and have bags of charisma, as well as displaying excellence in personal grooming and presentation.
The Head Waiter will report directly to the Restaurant Manager and will ensure all procedures and standards are respected. They will support their team where it is needed, training, motivating and leading by example, ensuring the whole team deliver the highest level of guest satisfaction.
The rewards for outstanding performance will be an exceptional salary for such a position.
