An award winning hotel in Galway have an exciting new position for a bar Manager.

The successful candidate will very experienced in bar Management either in a busy hotel or up market bar. This is a Senior position and you will manage a team of 6. You will have a strong knowledge of wines and the creation of cocktails, and be an experienced cocktail mixer.

You will be in charge of stock, ordering the correct amount, keeping the bar area stocked with wine, beer, cocktail ingredients and soft drinks.
