A well known and respected 4* hotel in County Galway is looking to appoint a General Manager with responsibility for running the day to day operations of this busy hotel.
As Hotel General Manager you will be fully responsible for its operation and growth, you will have front of house experience and have a natural flair with customers.
Ideally you will be a lead from the front type of person with good understanding of day to day issues and problem solving. It is important that you are a confident person and able to manage growth as we have significant expansion plans including a new state of the art restaurant.
The successful candidate will have exemplary motivational, supervisory and organizational skills. It is essential you have an excellent high standard of spoken and written English for this role
You will be experienced in inspiring staff to always put customers needs first and consistently display a professional and friendly attitude. A true all-rounder that can work easily in any department.
