A la Carte Recruitment are pleased to assist our client to identify suitable candidates for the position of Sales Manager for the well known and highly regarded luxury hotel and leisure complex.
The successful candidate MUST have worked in a leading hotel as a successful Sales Manager for at least 3 years.
You will be a self motivated individual with a well developed business acumen. You will execute the Sales & Marketing planned activities on behalf of the hotel, in line with the overall financial business objectives.
Manage existing accounts alongside the development of new accounts & projects to generate profitable revenue for the Hotel. To promote the hotel's facilities and services to the target audience/market segments.
Ensure monthly targets are achieved.
Responsible for the development and implementation of the hotel sales plan, to encompass direct sales calls, telesales, research, appointment making and taking part in promotional campaigns, client familiarisation visits and contract negotiation.
Ensure that all accounts' potential are maximised.
Drive and co-ordinate all sales activity to maximise revenue from existing accounts at hotel level, national and international level.
Ensure all sales activities undertaken are in line with agreed expense budget.
Arrange own sales appointments and action follow-up accordingly.
Develop forecast/budgeted revenues from Conference & Marketing.
Participate in hotel meetings as a key member of the management team.
Maximise sales through Digital Marketing and Social Media.
Maximise the wedding business at the hotel.
