Our client is a leading, quality hotel based in Galway. They require an experienced Hotel Sales Manager, to maximise the potential of the hotel. The individual will be a self starter with considerable drive and determination to succeed.
Responsibilities
Responsible for meeting or preferably exceeding sales targets.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
The position will require a disciplined self starter who can motivate themselves to achieve exceptional results.
Much of the target market will be at the corporate sector and ability to comfortably sell and negotiate with corporate management is essential.
This is a selling position and marketing experience is not necessarily required.
Requirements
A proven salesman in the hospitality sector with a track record of exceeding targets.
A self starter with a determination to succeed regardless of difficulties.
Ability to work on one's own in a disciplined manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven presentation skills at management level.
