Night Club Manager, €40,000
South Dublin
Our client is a leading night club venue in South Dublin. They currently require an experienced Night Club Manager to take full responsibility for operation of one of South Dublin’s busiest clubs.
The work is largely concentrated towards the weekend but the hours are flexible. The successful candidate will be a street-wise Manager who has taken responsibility for a similar, well known venue.
Responsibilities will include;
Control of all operational matters.
Cash handling.
Staff management.
Ensure high standard of customer service
Ensure control of discipline and code of behavior.
Work closely with managers of F & B.
Requirements
Experienced night club manager.
Excellent communications.
Strong management experience and ability.
Diplomatic but firm leadership style.
F & B experience.
Cash handling experience.
