A la Carte Recruitment are delighted to assist our client, an outstanding restaurant and bar in Waterford, to identify exceptional candidates for the position of General Manager for the entire operation.
The requirement is for an experienced Manager who has proven to be outstanding at both managing the ongoing business and developing potential business of a busy restaurant. You will be capable of multi tasking in a very busy and demanding environment. High energy levels will be required as well as a calm exterior and an alert attitude to every day to day requirement. You will be an exceptional man manager, capable of maximising the performance of your staff.
You must have considerable experience of managing a similar operation, and a successful track record of maximising the potential of each venue you have managed.
