A la Carte Recruitment are delighted to assist our client, an outstanding 4* hotel based close to Cork City Centre. They have an award winning fine dining restaurant and require an experienced Restaurant Manager to take full responsibility for the running of this popular restaurant.
You will be a hard working and committed Manager with excellent communication skills and proven man management ability.
Ideally you will have an excellent knowledge of fine wines and understand the importance of creating a special atmosphere in the restaurant. You will ensure that customers have the highest standards of service at all times.
