Our client is a fabulous and historical restaurant with multiple award including best hotel restaurant of the year and a place on the Michelin guide.
They provide a superb fine dining experience, as well as fine wines and cocktails.
They are looking to recruit a restaurant manager with fine dining experience, to join the management team. The candidate must have a strong knowledge of wine and cocktails and a sommelier experience is preferred.
This is a very busy restaurant and is very well known throughout Connacht for its food standard and high level of customer service and satisfaction.
You must speak fluent English.
Have at least 4 years of fine dining experience.
Strong knowledge of wines and cocktails.
Have excellent communication skills.
Have excellent management skills.
