We are recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager, who has exceptional people skills and is a first class host.
You will be an experienced manager from a leading restaurant or hotel background.
You will have a great presence on the floor, leading and directing your staff to deliver excellent service and standards.
The candidate:
* Strong Restaurant Management experience - confident running busy high volume service.
* You will be confident managing, training and delegating your team.
* You will be results orientated and have a real drive to perform at the highest level
* You will have a great energy and passion for the hospitality industry and well developed people management skills
* A desire to progress and drive your career forwards
* Have excellent standards, high attention to detail and be able to drive this through to your team
* A fantastic leader of your team, inspirational and driven
* Strong understanding of profit controls, stock, and GPs etc.
This is a hands on role and you will be expected to lead from the front as well as delegate and drive your team.
