A quality and popular restaurant based in Central Dublin is looking for an experienced GENERAL MANAGER who has experience of running an up-market restaurant. With a salary in the region of €50,000 this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and capable restaurant manager.
You will need to be a hard working and personable individual with excellent management skills and a track record of successfully managing a thriving restaurant.
The successful candidate will have full responsibility for the day to day running of this high profile restaurant.
The owners are planning to expand their operations and there will be potential for career progression for a successful candidate, in this ambitious Group.
Required Experience
* You must be an experienced General Manager or very strong Deputy Manager used to working in a demanding and quality restaurant.
* You will be possess excellent leadership qualities and be able to recruit, train and develop a capable team
* You must be energetic and passionate about the food industry
* Ideally have experience of marketing using modern mediums such as Twitter and Facebook
* You must be organised and used to making your own decisions as you will have full autonomy.
* You will ideally have a strong passion and knowledge of cocktails
* You will be looking to join an expanding company where there will be opportunities for the right person.
* You must be a great host and front of house operator - smart and well presented
* You will be financially aware, with good P&L knowledge.
