A la Carte Recruitment are pleased to assist our client, an outstanding 4* Hotel based in Galway, in identifying suitable candidates for the position of Restaurant Supervisor for their luxury, award winning restaurant.
As Restaurant Supervisor you will report to the Restaurant Manager and be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the fine dining restaurant. You will be responsible for managing the waiting staff and assist with ordering and stock control.
It is essential you have a friendly yet professional persona and you must have previous experience of working as a Supervisor or Head Waiter with an establishment of a similar high standard. You will be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the restaurant team.
