Our client is an exceptional 4* hotel based in the centre of Galway City. They have a popular award winning restaurant and they require an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to assist with the management of this exceptional facility.
You will have worked at a similar venue, at least to 4* hotel level. You must have excellent communication skills and be dedicated to providing customer service to the highest standard. An understanding and appreciation of wine would be an advantage.
The restaurant is popular not only on account of the quality of the food but also for the exceptionally warm welcome that is extended to all it's customers. You must have a warm personality and caring attitude.
