A la Carte Recruitment are delighted to assist our client, a leading 4* Hotel in Limerick, to identify suitable candidates for the position of Sales & Marketing Director. They require an experienced professional with a proven success in Sales and Marketing at a large up-market hotel.
The successful candidate will experience of successfully selling banqueting, conferencing, weddings and other events. You will be a key member of the management team so will possess a strong commercial acumen and contribute on a broad front.
You will be a graduate with strong digital marketing experience and be capable of maximising the benefits from using social media.
You will have experience of developing strategic plans, recognising opportunities and maximising sales growth through creative selling techniques. You will be able to think outside of the box and be adaptable to change, whilst considering all avenues to ensure sales opportunities are maximised. The successful candidate will be a natural and confident communicator, with the ability to address people at all levels, communicating ideas and changes, and promoting the business.
