€35,000 + bonus
Sales and Marketing Manager required for a well known 4* hotel, located in South Dublin. The Hotel has been enjoying considerable growth in sales and profitability in recent years. The opportunity arises due to internal promotion.
This will be a key role in the hotel, working closely with senior management and a key member of the management group.
Job Description
The successful candidates role will include:
- Maximise sales and revenue opportunities at all levels for the business.
- Hotel brand development and awareness, creating repeat business.
- Assist Conference and Event function within the hotel.
- Develop Sales and Marketing plans, forecasting and business analysis.
- Maximise local and national customer base
- Develop and manage sales and marketing strategy
- Digital marketing, PR, promotional and social media.
Experience
Our client is looking for candidates who have strong experience in both Marketing and Sales Management within the hospitality industry . You will have good exposure to the luxury hotel and hospitality market, understanding the specific issues faced.
You will probably be educated to degree level.
You will be an excellent communicator, confident in being face to face with guests and clients, able to sell the business successfully.
It would also be an advantage if you have managed teams and have experience in working with operational management in achieving business goals and targets.
We are looking for a self motivated, driven and proactive manager who can grow and develop long term with this business.
