Our client is an up-market restaurant based in South Dublin. They are a very successful restaurant with a low turnover in staff and a professional working environment.
Due to an internal promotion there is an opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef. The successful candidate will report to the Head Chef and deputise for him in his absence. The restaurant is very busy and strives for the highest standards of performance.
You will have worked in a similar role and set yourself very high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. There is an expectation that you will bring a creative element to your work and you will have a pride in your performance.
There are opportunities for promotion elsewhere in the group of restaurants.
