Our client is a leading 4* hotel based in County Galway. They are seeking an ambitious and reliable Sous Chef to join their excellent kitchen. As Sous chef you will train, develop and assist in leading the team in creating fresh, quality food to help create a truly special dining experience.
We need a Chef who is hands on and a strong leader, and most importantly, this person must be must be highly organised. The ideal Sous chef will have considerable fine dining experience ideally in an award winning environment.
