They have a small kitchen team of talented chefs and they require a number two to the Head Chef.This is an opportunity for a hard working and ambitious chef who has a real passion for providing excellent food. This is an all year round position in this busy venue. There is an award winning restaurant as well as a busy functions schedule with regular weddings and other events. This is a high profile position for someone who can ably deputise for the Head Chef when necessary.
