A la Carte Recruitment are delighted to assist our client, a popular 4* Hotel based in a picturesque setting in County Galway, in finding an experienced and capable Sous Chef. The hotel have an award winning fine dining restaurant as well as a popular bistro and large bar food area.
The Sous Chef will have worked in a similar position at a leading hotel and will bring their experience to bear in a professional kitchen with a number of promising junior chefs. They will coach and encourage the trainees and bring a fresh creative flair to the kitchen.
You will deputise for the Head Chef in his absence and work closely with him in managing the kitchen team in producing food of the highest quality.
