Requirements
The successful candidate will have considerable experience of providing high quality food for large events such as weddings and other large scale functions.
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure is essential.
Strong management ability to oversee a capable team of chefs.
Excellent attention to detail.
A desire to provide real customer satisfaction.
Creative chef with a passion for providing quality food.
