A Sous Chef is required for a busy restaurant in South Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of talented Chefs .
The Position:
· Number two role in top class kitchen.
· · Confident leader required to take authority in busy environment.
· Assisting with all aspects of the kitchen.
· Busy operation delivering a very high standard of food throughout.
· Provide top quality, imaginative food for this highly reputable restaurant
· Work closely with the Head Chef in developing creative menu.
· Strive for perfection and the highest standards of performance, efficency and cleanliness.
· Assist in the training of the junior chefs in the kitchen.
