Our client is a well known Dublin Southside 4* hotel with 2 bars and 2 busy restaurants. They require a temporary Food & Beverage Manager who has considerable experience of managing a similar facility.
You will be responsible for overseeing the service in the bars and restaurants, managing up to 25 staff.
You must have a track record of managing qualified staff in a busy food and drink environment and an appreciation of the service standards required in an upmarket hotel.
Health & Safety standards must be maintained at all times.
Cost controls and accurate money management is essential.
